- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line the Ninja™ Foodi™ NeverStick™ Premium 8” Square Cake Pan with parchment paper, and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and chocolate chips.

In a separate large bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, water, and vanilla.

Add the dry mixture to the wet and mix until smooth and evenly combined.

Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan and use a spatula to smooth the top into an even layer.

Place the brownie batter in the oven, and bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean or with few crumbs.

When cooking is complete, remove brownies from the oven and allow to cool for 20 minutes in the pan, then slice and serve.
