  • 2 (18-ounce) boxes prepared brownie mix, divided
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows, divided
  • Nonstick cooking spray

  • Medium Bowl
  • Step 1

In a mixing bowl, prepare one box of brownie mix according to box instructions. Add 1 cup of mini marshmallows to brownie batter and stir to incorporate.

  • Step 2

Remove the crisper plate from Zone 1 and spray basket lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Pour brownie batter into Zone 1 and insert basket into unit.

  • Step 3

Repeat steps 1 and 2 for second box of brownie mix and remaining marshmallows.

  • Step 4

Select Zone 1, select BAKE, set temperature to 325°F, and set time to 1 hour. Select MATCH COOK to match Zone 2 settings to Zone 1. Press the START/PAUSE button to begin cooking.

  • Step 5

When the Zones 1 and 2 time 15 minutes, check brownies for doneness. Brownies are done when a toothpick or knife is inserted into brownie mix and comes out clean. If brownies are getting darker on top than desired, cover with foil.

  • Step 6

When cooking is complete, remove baskets from unit and allow to cool for 1 hour.

  • Step 7

Use a large, rubber-tipped spatula to remove brownies from baskets. Cut into desired size pieces and serve.
