  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons Irish cream liquor

Utensils

  • Medium Bowl
  • Microwave-Safe Bowl
  • Large Bowl
  • Hand Mixer
  • 8 x 8 Baking Dish
  • Step 1

Install rack in bottom position, then close door. Select BAKE, set temperature to 350°F, and set time to 40 minutes. Press the setting dial to begin preheating. While unit is preheating, prepare cheesecake and brownie batters.

  • Step 2

In a medium bowl, add all cheesecake ingredients and mix until fully combined.

  • Step 3

In a separate medium microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and butter. Microwave for 30-second intervals, mixing between intervals, until chocolate is melted and smooth.

  • Step 4

In a large bowl, add sugar, eggs, and egg yolk and with a hand mixer, mix on medium-high speed until light and creamy, about 3 minutes.

  • Step 5

Add the melted chocolate and remaining brownie batter ingredients to the sugar and egg mixture and mix on low speed until combined, about 1 minute.

  • Step 6

Spray a 8× 8 baking pan with cooking spray.

  • Step 7

Transfer the cheesecake batter into the prepared pan and smooth into an even layer. Then top with the brownie batter. Using a fork or toothpick swirl the brownie into the cheesecake.

  • Step 8

When unit has preheated, open door and place pan onto the center of the rack. Close door to begin cooking.

  • Step 9

After 40 minutes, check brownies for doneness by sticking a toothpick in the center of the brownies. If it comes out clean, remove from oven.

  • Step 10

When cooking is complete, carefully remove pan from the oven. Allow brownies to cool for 1 hour before cutting and serving.
