- 12 ounces (approx. 3 cups) Brussels sprouts, trimmed, cut in half
- 1 tablespoon oil of choice
- kosher salt, as desired
- ground black pepper, as desired
- 4 6-ounce boneless pork chops
-
Step 1
Insert a crisper plate in the bottom of the Zone 1 or Zone 2 basket.
-
Step 2
In a medium bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with oil, salt and pepper and then add to the top of the crisper plate, place a Stacked Meal Rack over the Brussels sprouts, and place the pork chops on top of the rack. Place basket in either Zone 1 or Zone 2.
-
Step 3
Select DOUBLE STACK PRO (unit will default to AIR FRY function and 450°F temperature), then set Zone time to 18 minutes and press START/PAUSE to begin cooking.
-
Step 4
When cooking is complete, use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the protein has reached desired doneness, adding additional time as needed. Remove pork chops from the racks and set aside. To remove rack, use tongs to grab the center, or wear oven mitts and lift the rack out using the handles on their sides. Serve pork chops hot with Brussels sprouts.
