This Blueberry Lemonade Italian Ice is a refreshing summer treat that combines the tart flavors of lemonade with sweet blueberry. This treat is an excellent idea to serve at pool parties, 4th of July celebrations, or whenever you need something ice cold to sip on and cool off. The secret to the bright color and berry flavor comes from blueberry preserves! It has a more concentrated flavor than fresh berries and easily dissolves with the drink powder and hot water.
TIP: Don’t have blueberry preserves? Swap it for equal parts jelly or jam.
Note: If your freezer is set to a very cold temperature, the Italian Ice may look powdery. If this occurs, select the same processing mode, then RE-SPIN to process the mixture a little more.
