Bell’s Stuffin Muffin
There’s nothing like a holiday spread with all your favorite dishes. Stuffing is a classic side for Thanksgiving, and these Stuffin Muffins are a fun spin on the typical casserole bake. Use Bell’s traditional stuffing and leftover roasted poultry to make these tasty muffins for the center of your holiday table or for leftover lunch bites. Feel free to sub the turkey or chicken for veggie sausage to make these vegetarian-friendly.

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 1 box (12 ounces) Bell’s Stuffing, prepared according to box instructions
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 cup roasted turkey (or chicken), diced
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
Utensils
- 12 Cup Muffin Pan
- Large Bowl

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently until thoroughly combined.

Spoon the prepared mixture into the Ninja® Foodi™ 12-Cup Muffin Pan.

Step 3
Select BAKE, set temperature to 425°F, and set time to 30 minutes. Press START/PAUSE to begin preheating.

When unit has preheated, place muffin pan on wire rack. Close door to begin cooking.

After 25 minutes, check on muffins. They should be golden brown; if they’re not, close door and continue cooking for 5 more minutes.

When cooking is complete, remove pan from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
