Step 1
Pour water in CombiCooker Pan, place Crispier Tray on top of water in CombiCooker Pan and set aside.
Step 2
Make 1/2-inch-deep slices across the cut-side of each potato half. Rub 1/4 teaspoon of canola oil onto the cut-side of each potato half, then season the top of each potato as desired with kosher salt.
Step 3
Place potatoes, cut side up, on the Crisper tray and slide the pan into Level 1.
Step 4
Close door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER. SelectCOMBI CRISP, set temperature to 380°F and set time to 30 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will steam for 5 minutes).
Step 5
In a bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cheese, 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce, onion powder, mustard powder, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Divide mixture into 4 portions, and form into patties.
Step 6
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard, then add shredded lettuce and carrot and toss to combine.
Step 7
When timer has 13 minutes remaining, place burger patties on Bake Tray, open door and slide the tray into Level 2.Close door to continue cooking.
Step 8
When timer has 1 minute remaining, open door and remove Bake Tray. Place cheese slices on burgers, then slide tray back into Level 2. Remove CombiCooker Pan and place 1/4 cup of shredded cheese over the top of each potato half. Slide the pan back into Level 1. Close door to continue cooking.
Step 9
When cooking is complete, remove tray and pan. Spread one tablespoon of remaining BBQ sauce on the bottom of each hamburger bun. Place burgers on hamburger bun bottom, then top each burger with lettuce mixture, then hamburger bun top.
