Baked Bone-In Chicken Breast

- 2 bone-in skin-on chicken breasts (6-8 ounces each), patted dry
- 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Kosher salt, as desired
- Ground black pepper, as desired
- Chopped fresh parsley or thyme, for serving

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F, then line the Ninja™ Foodi™ NeverStick™ Premium 10” x 15” Baking Sheet with parchment paper.

Place chicken in the pan skin-side up, ensuring the pieces do not touch.

Brush the oil mixture over the chicken, liberally coating. Then pour the lemon juice over the chicken and season with salt and pepper.

Place baking pan in oven and bake for 35 to 45 minutes.

Cooking is complete when the internal temperature of the chicken breasts reads 165°F on an instant-read thermometer. Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with chopped fresh herbs as desired.
