Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk

For the Float

  • Cola soda, as desired, for serving
  • Whipped topping, as desired, for topping
  • Sprinkles, as desired, for topping
  • Step 1

    In a large bowl, add cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla and mix until well combined, about 60 seconds.  Pour in the heavy cream and milk and mix until combined.

  • Step 2

    Pour base into an empty CREAMi™ pint. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 3

    Remove CREAMi™ pint from freezer and remove lid. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 4

    Select ICE CREAM.

  • Step 5

    When processing is complete, scoop ice cream into a large drinking glass. Pour cola over the top and finish with whipped topping and sprinkles as desired.
