  • 10-12 ounces pre-made raw pizza dough, room temperature
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (15 ounces) apple pie filling
  • ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons whole milk

Utensils

  • Medium Bowl
  • Small Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Step 1

Install the Accessory Frame in the bottom level of the unit, then place the Pizza Stone on top. Turn left-hand dial to select PIZZA, then use the right-hand dial to select NY STYLE, and set time to 10 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating (preheating will take approx. 15 minutes).

  • Step 2

On a lightly floured work surface, stretch and toss dough by hand into a 12-inch circle about 1/4-inch thick.

  • Step 3

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly.

  • Step 4

When unit is preheated and ADD FOOD and PRS STRT is displayed, open door, slide a floured Pizza Peel under the pizza and transfer to the hot stone. Close door, select START/STOP, and cook for 5 minutes.

  • Step 5

Open door and remove pizza with peel. Evenly cover pizza with apple pie filling and top with the prepared crumble. Transfer pizza back to the hot stone, close door and continue to cook for another 5 minutes. While pizza is cooking, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, whisk the confectioners’ sugar and milk until smooth and thick, but pourable.

  • Step 6

When cooking is complete, open door and remove pizza. Top with prepared glaze, then cut and serve.
