  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 28 dill pickle slices
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha

Utensils

  • Silicone-Tipped Tongs
  • 3 Small Bowls
  • Step 1

Push in the legs on the Crisper Tray, then place the tray at the bottom of the pot. Spray the tray with cooking spray.

  • Step 2

Lay pickles out on a paper towel until liquid is almost absorbed, about 15 minutes.

  • Step 3

In a shallow bowl, combine flour and salt. In another shallow bowl, whisk eggs, pickle juice, cayenne, and garlic powder. In a third shallow bowl, combine panko and dill.

  • Step 4

Dip pickles in the flour mixture to coat both sides and shake off excess flour. Dip in egg mixture, then the panko mixture, patting to help the coating adhere.

  • Step 5

Close the lid and flip the SmartSwitch™ to AIRFRY. Select AIRFRY, set temperature to 350°F, and set time for 15 minutes (unit will preheat for 5 minutes, so set an external timer if desired). Press START/STOP to begin cooking.

  • Step 6

To prepare the spicy ranch sauce, combine the ranch and sriracha in a small bowl.

  • Step 7

When unit is preheated and the time reaches 10 minutes, place the pickles on the tray. Close the lid to begin cooking.

  • Step 8

When cooking is complete, serve pickles hot with spicy ranch dip.
