  • 2 bone-in skin-on chicken breasts (6-8 ounces each), patted dry
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • Kosher salt, as desired
  • Ground black pepper, as desired
  • Chopped fresh parsley or thyme, for serving

Utensils

  • Small Bowl
  • Parchment Paper
  • Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F, then line the Ninja™ Foodi™ NeverStick™ Premium 10” x 15” Baking Sheet with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

Place chicken in the pan skin-side up, ensuring the pieces do not touch.

  • Step 3

Brush the oil mixture over the chicken, liberally coating. Then pour the lemon juice over the chicken and season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 4

Place baking pan in oven and bake for 35 to 45 minutes.

  • Step 5

Cooking is complete when the internal temperature of the chicken breasts reads 165°F on an instant-read thermometer. Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with chopped fresh herbs as desired.
