Truly Black Berry Sorbet

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 8.05oz chopped mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cans Truly Black Berry Selzer, divided

  • Step 1

    Put the mango in the empty CREAMi pint, then pour seltzer over mango up to the MAX fill line. Place the storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 2

    Remove the pint from the freezer and remove the lid. Place pint in outer bowl, then install CREAMi paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid. Twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 3

    Select SORBET.

  • Step 4

    When the program is done, remove the pint and scoop the sorbet into a tall glass.

  • Step 5

    Pour remaining can of Truly Black Berry Seltzer over sorbet and serve.
