- 8-ounce 8-ounce wheel Brie cheese, cold
- 1/2 cup pecans, crushed
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon water
- fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnishing
- French baguette, sliced, or assorted crackers for serving

- 11" x 7" Baking Dish
- Parchment Paper

Step 1
Line an 11″ x 7″ baking dish with parchment paper, then place the brie in the baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the pecans, cranberries, maple syrup, brown sugar, rosemary, and water. Spoon the maple mixture over the brie until all is used.

Install wire rack in the bottom level of the unit, then close the door. Select RAPID BAKE, set temperature to 325°F, set time to 10 minutes. Press the setting dial to begin preheating.

When unit has preheated, open door and place baking dish on rack in oven. Close door to begin cooking.

When cooking is complete, carefully remove baking dish from the oven. Top with additional rosemary, if desired. Serve with bread or crackers.
