  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

OATMEAL

  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk (dairy or dairy-free)
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup water, for steaming
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Utensils

  • Blender
  • Two Large Bowls
  • Step 1

Blend all icing ingredients in a blender on high until smooth, then set aside.

  • Step 2

In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, baking powder, chia seeds, flaxseed, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt until fully combined.

  • Step 3

In a second large bowl, combine the milk, carrots, mashed banana, honey, and eggs. When combined, add the wet mixture to the bowl with the dry mixture and stir until combined and smooth.

  • Step 4

Add 1/2 cup water to the pot. Spray the Ninja Multi-Purpose Pan (or 8-inch round baking pan) with cooking spray. Transfer the oat batter to the prepared pan.

  • Step 5

Place the pan on the bottom layer of the Deluxe Reversible Rack in the lower position, then place the rack in the pot.

  • Step 6

Close the lid and move the slider to STEAMCRISP. Select STEAM & BAKE, set temperature to 375°F, and set time to 7 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (PrE will display for approx. 7 minutes as the unit steams, then the timer will start counting down).

  • Step 7

When cooking is complete, allow to cool for 10 minutes, drizzle with the prepared icing, and serve.
