Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 3/4 cup margarita mix
  • 3 tablespoons gold tequila
  • 1 tablespoon raw agave nectar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 can (15 ounces) mango chunks

  • Step 1

    In a bowl, add all ingredients except for mango and whisk to combine. Add mango and toss to coat.

  • Step 2

    Pour base into an empty CREAMi™ Pint. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 3

    Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle in outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly onto the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 4

    Select SORBET.

  • Step 5

    When processing is complete, remove sorbet from pint and serve immediately.
