This easy smoothie features orange juice (for vitamin C), nut butter (for protein and vitamin E), and yogurt (for protein and gut-healthy probiotics). The best part about smoothies is you can throw almost anything in them. This what-you-have-on-hand smoothie is great for a pantry or fridge clean out. Need to use up some greens? Throw those in too!

  • ⅓ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup milk of any type
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons nut or seed butter of any type
  • 1 cup Wyman’s Frozen Wild Blueberries or Triple Berry Blend
