Baked Brie with Fig Jam and Candied Pecans

- 1 wheel (16 ounces) brie
- ¼ cup finely chopped walnut pieces
- ¼ teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- ⅓ cup fig jam
To Serve
- Apple slices
- Sliced baguette

Step 1
Using a paring knife, score the brie by making parallel cuts across the top rind, about ½-inch apart. Rotate brie 90° and repeat, creating a crosshatch pattern.

Place brie in the 2.5-quart container. Top with walnut pieces and rosemary, then spread fig jam over the brie.

Step 3
Place the adapter on the container, then install the CRISPi PowerPod in the adapter. Press MODE until BAKE illuminates, set time for 10 minutes, and press START to begin cooking.

When cooking is complete, brie will be warmed through, and beginning to melt on the sides.

Serve warm with apple slices and baguette.
