Air Fried Pickles with Spicy Ranch Sauce
If you are looking for a quick, easy appetizer that will please your guests, look no further! These crunchy, tangy air fried dill pickles are delicious, especially when dipped in the spicy ranch sauce.
TIP: Get creative with dips–try original Ranch, thousand island dressing, or classic ketchup.

- Nonstick cooking spray
- 28 dill pickle slices
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon sriracha

Step 1
Push in the legs on the Crisper Tray, then place the tray at the bottom of the pot. Spray the tray with cooking spray.

Lay pickles out on a paper towel until liquid is almost absorbed, about 15 minutes.

In a shallow bowl, combine flour and salt. In another shallow bowl, whisk eggs, pickle juice, cayenne, and garlic powder. In a third shallow bowl, combine panko and dill.

Dip pickles in the flour mixture to coat both sides and shake off excess flour. Dip in egg mixture, then the panko mixture, patting to help the coating adhere.

Close the lid and flip the SmartSwitch™ to AIRFRY. Select AIRFRY, set temperature to 350°F, and set time for 15 minutes (unit will preheat for 5 minutes, so set an external timer if desired). Press START/STOP to begin cooking.

To prepare the spicy ranch sauce, combine the ranch and sriracha in a small bowl.

When unit is preheated and the time reaches 10 minutes, place the pickles on the tray. Close the lid to begin cooking.

When cooking is complete, serve pickles hot with spicy ranch dip.
