- Small Bowl
- Parchment Paper
- Ninja® Foodi® Dual Heat Air Fry Oven
-
Step 1
Prepare an 8×8 inch aluminum baking dish by spraying with cooking spray and line the bottom with parchment paper and a little more cooking spray.
-
Step 2
In a small bowl combine butter and white chocolate. Microwave in 10 seconds intervals, stirring each time. Once the white chocolate and butter are melted, set aside.
-
Step 3
Install the dough blade in the 72-ounce Pitcher. Then pour in melted white chocolate, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Install the flat lid. Select DOUGH and press START/STOP.
-
Step 4
Remove the lid and add the all-purpose flour and baking powder. Reinstall the lid then run the DOUGH program again. If more mixing is needed, run on speed 1 until combined.
-
Step 5
Remove the lid and the dough blade. Pour the brownie batter into the baking dish and top with a few white chocolate chips. Install SEAR PLATE into the bottom rack of your Ninja Foodi Dual Heat Air Fry Oven and select RAPID BAKE. Set temperature to 325°F and set time to 9 minutes. Press the setting dial to begin preheating.
-
Step 6
When the unit has preheated, open the door, and place the pan onto the center of the rack. Close the door to begin cooking.
-
Step 7
After 9 minutes use a toothpick to check for doneness. When a toothpick poked into the center of the blondies comes out clean, remove from the oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
