Vegan Green Tea Ice Cream

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 3 packets green tea
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegan cream cheese
Utensils
- Medium Saucepan
- Blender
- Whisk

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, add cashew milk.

Place saucepan on stove over medium heat and cook until simmering.

Remove saucepan from heat and add tea bags.

Steep tea bags in cashew milk for 20 minutes.

Remove tea bags from cashew milk and squeeze to extract all tea flavor.

In a blender, add green tea-infused cashew milk, coconut milk, salt, sugar, and cream cheese. Blend on medium for about 30 seconds until ingredients are well combined.

Remove base from heat and pour into an empty CREAMi™ Pint up to the MAX FILL line. Place pint into an ice bath. Once cooled, place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

Select ICE CREAM.

When processing is complete, remove ice cream from pint and serve immediately.
