  • Kosher salt, as desired
  • Pepper, as desired
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • ½ cup diced white onion
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • 4 cups dried stuffing breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh sage
  • 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries (optional)
  • 1 ½ cups chicken stock
  • 1 small bunch of asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 8 ounces breakfast sausage
  • Step 1

Place turkey tenderloins on a plate and season with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.

  • Step 2

Select the SEAR SAUTE setting on the Ninja Speedi and set to HIGH.

  • Step 3

Sauté onions and celery in olive oil for 5-6 minutes until softened. Add the sausage to onions and celery, and cook thoroughly.

  • Step 4

Add in the breadcrumbs, herbs, cranberries, and stock. Mix to combine.

  • Step 5

In a small piece of tin foil add the asparagus. Pour ½ tablespoon of olive oil over the asparagus and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 6

Place the Crisper Tray in the Speedi, then add the turkey tenderloins and the asparagus in the foil.

  • Step 7

Close the unit lid and flip the SmartSwitch to Rapid Cooker. Set temp to 390⁰ and set time for 15 minutes. Press START/STOP.

  • Step 8

After 10 minutes, the turkey should have an internal temp of 165⁰-175⁰. If it isn’t at that internal temperature, continue to cook.

  • Step 9

Once the turkey is cooked through, remove the crisper tray with the turkey and asparagus and set aside.

  • Step 10

Stir the stuffing, then close the lid to finish the cooking process and crisp the top of the stuffing.

  • Step 11

To serve, slice the turkey tenderloins, add to a plate with a spoonful of the stuffing and a few of the asparagus spears.
