Thai Peanut Sauce is so easy to make at home! It only requires a few simple ingredients that you most likely already have on hand, and you can use it with so many different dishes. It is delicious served with chicken, but it would also be wonderful with grilled or pan-fried tofu, veggies and rice for a vegetarian option.  You can also use it as a dip for spring rolls or sliced fresh veggies.

TIP: To make this vegan, swap the honey with pure maple syrup.
