Step 1
To install the grill grate, slide it into the front of the base so it hooks in, then press down on the back until it clicks into place and close hood. Select BAKE, set temperature to 325°F, and set time to 30 minutes. Press the dial to begin preheating (preheating will take approximately 3 minutes).
Step 2
While the unit is preheating, spray an 8-inch cake pan with cooking spray and set aside. Remove the biscuits from their packaging and lay flat on a cutting surface. Cut each biscuit round into quarters, and transfer to a large bowl.
Step 3
Add the graham crackers to a food processor and pulse until finely ground. The texture should be like sand.
Step 4
Pour the melted butter over the biscuits in the bowl and toss until evenly coated. Add the graham cracker crumbs and toss until evenly coated.
Step 5
Transfer 1/3 of the dough to the prepared pan and work into an even layer. Top with 1/4 cup of chocolate chunks and 1/4 cup of mini marshmallows. Repeat this layering twice more for a total of three layers. Then cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
Step 6
When the unit beeps signify it has preheated, open hood and place the pan with the aluminum foil on the grill grate. Close hood to begin cooking. After 30 minutes, add 30 more minutes to the cook time. Resume cooking with hood closed.
Step 7
When cooking is complete, remove the pan, remove the aluminum foil and place the pan on a cooling rack for 5 minutes. To remove monkey bread from the pan, place a large plate over the top of the cake pan, then invert it. Repeat this with a second plate the opposite way so that the monkey bread is right-side-up. To garnish, top with additional marshmallows and chocolate as desired. Cool for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
