Shrimp with Edamame & Fried Rice
Easy and delicious, this Shrimp with Edamame & Fried Rice makes a great weeknight dinner! You can have this meal on the table in under 30 minutes.

LEVEL 1 (BOTTOM OF POT)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup frozen vegetable medley
- 1 cup white rice, rinsed (until water runs clear)
LEVEL 2 (BOTTOM LAYER OF RACK)
- 1 bag (12 ounces) frozen edamame in pods
LEVEL 3 (TOP LAYER OF RACK)
- 1 box (10 ounces) frozen breaded shrimp

- Aluminum Foil

Step 1
Place all Level 1 ingredients in the pot and stir until fully combined.

Step 2
Place the bottom layer of the Deluxe Reversible Rack in the lower position, then cover it with aluminum foil. Place the rack in the pot. Place the edamame on top of the foil.

Step 3
Slide the Deluxe Layer through the lower layer’s handles. Place the frozen shrimp on the Deluxe Layer of the rack. Close the lid and move slider to STEAMCRISP.

Step 4
Select STEAM & CRISP, set temperature to 450°F, and set time to 7 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (PrE will display for approx. 12 minutes as the unit steams, then the timer will start counting down).

Step 5
When cooking is complete, remove the rack layer with the shrimp, then the rack layer with the edamame.

Step 6
Transfer the rice to a serving dish and serve with edamame and fried shrimp.
