This broccoli, shrimp, and rice bowl is the perfect meal for anyone that is busy or simply doesn’t have much time to cook because the Ninja Speedi makes cooking simpler. The shrimp is juicy and flavorful, and the rice and broccoli are cooked to perfection. The honey soy-sauce at the end compliments this dish beautifully. I love that we can make a restaurant-style meal in a bowl in just a few minutes.
Tip: Swap the spices for any seasoning blend you like, such as Cajun, Italian, or a seafood blend.
Tip: You can you fresh or frozen thawed shrimp for this recipe. Check on the shrimp after 4-6 minutes and remove from the Speedi if they are cooked to your preference, then close the lid to allow the rice to continue cooking.
