- 227g unsalted butter, softened
- 100g granulated sugar
- 180g all-purpose flour
- 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 Baking Sheets
- Parchment Paper
Preheat oven to 325F and prepare two pans with parchment paper and cooking spray.
Install the dough blade in the 72 oz Power Pitcher. Add the butter and sugar.
Install the lid, then select DOUGH and press START/STOP.
Once complete, add the flour and run the DOUGH program again. Scrape down the sides of the pitcher and ensure proper incorporation.
Scoop cookies onto parchment with a 1-oz cookie scoop. Lightly press down on each ball to flatten.
Bake until golden brown, turning halfway through, approximately 5 minutes on each side.
