Chorizo Jalapeno Cheddar

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup cooked chorizo
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon diced jalapeno
  • kosher salt, as desired
  • ground black pepper, as desired

Ham and Swiss

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup mixed vegetables (chopped onions, red bell peppers, and green bell peppers)
  • kosher salt, as desired
  • ground black pepper, as desired

Utensils

  • Two Small Bowls
  • Measuring Cups
  • Silicone-Tipped Tongs
  • Silicone muffin molds
  • Step 1

    In a small bowl, combine all chorizo jalapeno cheddar ingredients. In a separate small bowl, combine all ham, pepper, onion, and Swiss ingredients.

  • Step 2

    Spray silicone muffin molds with cooking spray. Place 4 muffin molds in the Zone 1 basket and carefully fill 2/3 of the cup with the chorizo jalapeno cheddar mixture. Place the basket in the unit.

  • Step 3

    Place the remaining 4 muffin cups in the zone 2 basket and carefully fill 2/3 of the cup with the ham, pepper, onion, and Swiss mixture. Place the basket in the unit.

  • Step 4

    Select Zone 1, select AIR FRY, set temperature to 390°F, and set time to 7 minutes. Select MATCH COOK to match Zone 2 settings to Zone 1. Press the START/PAUSE button to begin cooking.

  • Step 5

    When cooking is complete, remove omelet cups with silicone tongs and let cool for 2 minutes before enjoying.
