Iced Salted Caramel Latte

This Iced Salted Caramel Latte is so easy to make yourself at home! You’ll never go to the coffee shop when you see how quick this comes together. It’s cheaper too!

TIP: You can substitute oat milk for whole milk or cream.

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 1 can (5 ½ ounces) coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 small scoops ground coffee
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup

  • Step 1

    To prepare the salted caramel sauce, add the coconut cream, salt, sugar, and vanilla extract to a small saucepan over medium-low heat and cook, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool. 

  • Step 2

    Following the measurements provided, place the ground coffee into the filter. 

  • Step 3

    Fill an 8-ounce or larger plastic cup to the top with ice, then set cup in place to brew. 

  • Step 4

    Use the Multi-Serve Dial to select the 8-ounce brew size. Press the BREW STYLE button to choose Over Ice Brew. Press the START BREW button on the dial to start the brew.  

  • Step 5

    While coffee is brewing, place the oat milk, vanilla syrup, and 1 tablespoon of the prepared salted caramel sauce in a separate cup and froth for 30-45 seconds.  

  • Step 6

    When brew is complete, top with salted caramel foam.
