Roasted Pork Chops with Sweet Potatoes & Apples

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, plus additional as desired
- 4 boneless pork chops, 1” thick
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled, cut nto 1/2"small pieces
- 2 small green apples, cored & diced into 1-inch chunks
- 1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
- Ground black pepper, as desired

Step 1
Install the Accessory Frame in the bottom level of the unit, then place the Pro-Heat Pan on top.

Step 2
Turn dial to select MAX ROAST. Set temperature to 600°F and set time to 15 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating (preheating will take approx. 25 minutes).

Step 3
In a small bowl, combine the spices and 1 teaspoon kosher salt. Season the pork chops generously on both sides with the spice mixture.

In a large bowl, place the diced sweet potatoes, apple slices, oil, salt, and pepper as desired. Toss to combine.

When the unit is preheated and ADD FOOD and PRS STRT is displayed, open door and place the pork chops along the center of the pan. Distribute the sweet potatoes and apples along the sides of the pork chops. Close the door and select START/STOP to begin cooking. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping the pork chops over when the unit displays FLIP halfway through cooking.

When cooking is complete, open door, remove pan and serve while hot.
