When preheating is complete (unit will beep and display ADD FOOD), add the butter, flour, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly (until butter is melted and ingredients are combined).

Whisk in the beer and milk until smooth. Add the mustard and Worcestershire sauce and cook until thickened (about 10 minutes).

Add the cheeses and stir until melted and smooth.
