Plain Chicken Wings

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 1/2 cup water, for steaming
- 2 pounds fresh chicken wings, patted dry
- 1 tablespoon canola oil

- Ninja Cook & Crisp Basket

Step 1
Add 1/2 cup water to the pot.

Step 2
In a medium bowl, toss the chicken wings and canola oil until evenly coated.

Place the wings in the Cook & Crisp Basket and place the basket in the pot.

Close the lid and move the slider to STEAMCRISP. Select STEAM & CRISP, set temperature to 450°F, and set time to 20 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (PrE will display for approx. 8 minutes as unit steams, then the timer will start counting down).

When cooking is complete, carefully remove the basket and transfer chicken wings to a serving plate.
