These pizza bread rolls are such a kid-friendly and fun appetizer! They’re easy to make with premade pizza dough and all your kids favorite pizza toppings.
TIP: Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.

Step 1
Pour 3 cups of water into the pot. Spray the bottom of the Ninja Multi-Purpose Pan (or 8” round baking pan) with cooking spray.
Step 2
Roll the pizza dough out to a rectangle. Place on a large cutting board. Poke the dough lightly with your fingers to make small dents. Brush the dough with olive oil.
Step 3
Pour the marinara sauce out onto the dough and distribute evenly with the back of a spoon. Evenly distribute the mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, tomatoes, bell peppers and onions over the dough.
Step 4
Starting at the short end of the dough, roll it up into a log. Place the seam side down on the cutting board and place in the fridge, uncovered for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Cut the log into (8) 1” pieces. Place the pan at the bottom layer of the Deluxe Reversible Rack in the lower position, then place the rack in the pot. Close the lid and move the slider over to STEAMCRISP.
Step 6
Select STEAM & BAKE, set the temperature to 325°F, and set the time to 15 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (PrE will display for approx 20 minutes until the unit steams, then the timer will start counting down).
Step 7
While the cooking is complete, remove the rack with the pan and let cool for at least 5 minutes. Serve warm.
