Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 1 20-ounce can Pineapple chunks in heavy syrup, drained, syrup discarded
  • 2 cans TRULY Pineapple Seltzer, divided


  • Step 1

    Pour pineapple into an empty CREAMi™ Pint and fill up to the max fill line. Pour 3/4 cup seltzer over pineapple and fill up to the max fill line. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours. While sorbet freezes, enjoy the remaining seltzer in the open can.

  • Step 2

    Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 3

    Select SORBET.

  • Step 4

    Once processing is complete, remove the sorbet and scoop into a tall pint glass.

  • Step 5

    Pour remaining can of TRULY pineapple seltzer over sorbet and serve with a spoon and straw.
