Peanut Butter Ice Cream
I love peanut butter. It is my go-to when I am hungry and need a protein boost or when I just want a snack. Ask any of my friends or family, I really love it in my ice cream. There is nothing better to me than that nutty peanut butter flavor mixed into creamy vanilla ice cream and it is so simple to put together. If you haven’t experimented with powdered peanut butter, get yourself familiarized as in this case, it adds excellent peanut butter flavor without all the added fat traditional peanut butter brings. It is also great in smoothies too! – Melissa Celli
