Orange Pineapple Carrot Ice Cream

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 120ml milk
- 172ml heavy cream
- 80ml orange juice
- 150g sugar
- 32g frozen carrots
- 50g pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup frozen carrots
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
- Medium Bowl
In a medium sized bowl add the milk, heavy cream, orange juice, and sugar. Slowly mix until everything is fully combined and sugar is dissolved.
In a CREAMi™ Pint add the frozen carrots and the pineapple chunks.
Pour base into the CREAMi Pint. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.
Select ICE CREAM.
Once processing is complete, remove from pint and serve immediately.
