This rich dish is a holiday favorite, perfect to pair with roasted turkey and stuffing on your Thanksgiving or Christmas table.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.Melt butter in the Ninja™ Foodi™ NeverStick™ 3-quart Sauté Pan and sauté onion and garlic over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes until softened and translucent.
Step 2
Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Add milk and use a whisk to combine until flour is no longer visible.
Step 3
Add cream cheese and whiskcontinuously until it melts. Add parmesan cheese and 1 cup Colby Jack cheese. As cheeses melt, sauce will begin to thicken. Season with thyme and salt and pepper as desired.
Step 4
Remove pan from heat and arrange one layer of potato slices in pan in an overlapping fan pattern. Lightly season tops of potatoes with salt and pepper. Top with mozzarella cheese and arrange remaining slices on top. Season tops of potatoes with salt and pepper and top with remaining Colby Jack cheese.
Step 5
Place lid on pan and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 6
After 25 minutes, remove lid and bake an additional 15 minutes until cheese on top is browned and potatoes are tender.
Step 7
Garnish with fresh chives or parsley and serve immediately.
