- 1 1/3 cup spicy cheese puffs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Utensils
- Large Bowl
- Whisk
- Fine-Mesh Strainer

Step 1
In a large bowl, add 1 cup cheese puffs and milk. Allow mixture to sit for 15 to 30 minutes, stirring regularly.

While cheese puffs and milk sit, add sugar and cream cheese to a separate large bowl and whisk thoroughly to combine.

Strain cheese puff and milk mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into bowl containing sugar mixture. DO NOT press on cheese puffs to remove any additional liquid, shake strainer slightly to get any remaining milk. Discard wet cheese puffs. Add heavy cream to bowl and mix until well combined.

Pour base into an empty CREAMi™ Pint. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

Select ICE CREAM.

With a spoon, create a 1 1/2-inch wide hole that reaches the bottom of the pint. Add remaining 1/3 cup remaining cheese puffs to the hole and process again using the MIX-IN program.

When processing is complete, remove ice cream from pint and serve immediately.
