Step 1
Place egg noodles, salt, and 2 cups water in the pot and stir until combined.
Step 2
Close the lid and move slider to PRESSURE. Make sure the pressure release valve is in the SEAL position.
Step 3
The temperature will default to HIGH, which is the correct setting. Set time to 0 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will build pressure for approx. 8 minutes before cooking begins).
Step 4
After 5 minutes, quick release pressure by turning the pressure release valve to the VENT position. Move slider to AIR FRY/STOVETOP to unlock the lid, then carefully open it.
Step 5
Remove the egg noodles from pot and drain through a colander. Place the pasta back in the pot and add butter.
Step 6
Place all Level 2 ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined. Add the egg noodles and butter to the mixture and stir to combine. Spray the bottom of the Ninja Multi-Purpose Pan (or 8-inch round baking pan) with nonstick cooking spray and transfer the egg noodle mixture to the prepared pan.

Add remaining cup water to the pot.
Step 8
Place the pan on the bottom layer of the Deluxe Reversible Rack in the lower position, then place the rack in the pot.
Step 9
Close the lid and move slider to STEAMCRISP. Select STEAM & CRISP, set temperature to 350°F, and set time for 15 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (PrE will display for approx. 15 minutes as the unit steams, then the timer will start counting down).
Step 10
When cooking is complete, carefully remove pan from pot. Noodles should be golden brown on top. Serve warm.
