This recipe is perfect for meal prep day and meal plan weeks because you can make it from start to finish in less than 20 minutes. That’s it! Plus, it’s easy to portion out for the week and can be enjoyed hot or cold

VARIATION TIP: Use this recipe as a jumping-off point to try your own pizza combos. Create your own vegetarian pizza, 5-cheese pizza, or chicken-pesto pizza, for example.

STORAGE: Wrap in foil or place in airtight containers and refrigerate for up to 4 days.

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 2 (7-inch) store-bought personal pizza crusts
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 24 slices salami
  • 3 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 or 3 fresh basil leaves, roughly torn
  • Crushed red pepper flakes, for garnish (optional)


  • Step 1

    Select BAKE/ROAST on your Ninja® Foodi™, set the temperature to 400°F, and set the time to 5 minutes to preheat. Select START/STOP to begin.

  • Step 2

    Place each pizza crust on a separate plate. Spread the pizza sauce over the crusts, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over each pizza. Top with the pepperoni, salami, and bacon.

  • Step 3

    Spray the Deluxe Reversible Rack with cooking spray. Place the Deluxe Reversible Rack in the lower steam position without the Deluxe Layer installed and lower the rack into the Foodi™ pot. Place one of the pizzas on the rack. Next, install the Deluxe Layer on the rack and place the remaining pizza on it. Close the crisping lid.

  • Step 4

    Select BAKE/ROAST, set the temperature to 400°F, and set the time to 8 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin.

  • Step 5

    When the cooking is complete, carefully remove the pizzas from the Foodi™. Sprinkle the fresh basil leaves on the pizzas.

  • Step 6

    Let the pizzas cool at room temperature, then wrap them in aluminum foil or portion them into individual airtight containers for the week. Label and refrigerate. When ready to eat, garnish with red pepper flakes (if using).
