Cooking mode
Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- All-purpose flour, as needed
- 1 pound pre-made pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup buffalo mozzarella, sliced
- 1 ripened tomato, sliced
- 10 fresh basil leaves
- Red pepper flakes, as desired
Utensils
- 14-inch Round cooking Pizza Pan
- Rolling Pin
- Brush

Step 1
If using, place pizza stone in oven. Preheat oven to 500°F.

Place dough on lightly floured surface. Stretch and roll dough to fit a 14-inch round pizza pan. Lightly flour the pan, then transfer dough to pan.

Spread sauce in an even layer over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.

Drizzle dough with olive oil, then evenly spread over surface of the crust with hands or pastry brush. Top pizza with mozzarella and tomato, then transfer to oven, directly on pizza stone if using. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until bottom of crust is golden brown.

When cooking is complete, remove pizza from oven and transfer to Ninja™ Foodi™ NeverStick™ Premium 11” x 17” Cooling Top with basil leaves and red pepper flakes. Allow pizza to cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with additional toppings as desired.
