Creating homemade nut butter is so simple. You can have fun creating new blends by experimenting with different nuts and spices to create a truly unique and delectable spread. This nut butter is a combination of three nut varieties and just a touch of sweetness from maple syrup and spice from cinnamon. It’s perfect to spread on hearty whole-grain toast or even as a quick spoonful to satisfy a sweet craving.

Tip: If a thinner constancy is desired, run program again with an additional tablespoon of oil.

  • 1/2 cup roasted almonds
  • 1/2 cup roasted cashews
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil

    Install the blade assembly in the 34-ounce Pitcher.

  • Step 2

    Place all ingredients in the pitcher in the order listed. Install lid on pitcher, then install pitcher on motor base.

  • Step 3

    Select SPREAD. Twist the built-in tamper counterclockwise continuously while blending until program is complete.

  • Step 4

    Remove lid from pitcher after blending. Transfer mixture into an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to one month or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
