Lemon Blueberry Sorbet
TIP: Honey pairs great with lemon and blueberries, but you can use regular sugar, if desired. Just substitute 1/4 cup sugar for honey.
- 340g 2 cups blueberries
- 85g honey
- 60ml lemon juice
- 2 cups 2 cups blueberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth.
Pour base into an empty CREAMi™ Pint. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install CREAMi Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.
When processing is complete, remove sorbet from pint and serve immediately.
