Hot Salted Caramel Latte

TIP: You can substitute oat milk for whole milk or cream.

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 1 can (5 ½ ounces) coconut cream
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 big scoops ground coffee
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup

Step 1
To prepare the salted caramel sauce, add the coconut cream, salt, sugar, and vanilla extract to a small saucepan over medium-low heat and cook, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool.

Following the measurements provided, place the ground coffee into the filter.

Set a 4-ounce or larger cup in place to brew.

Press the BREW STYLE button to choose Specialty Brew. Press the START BREW button on the dial to start the brew.

While coffee is brewing, place the oat milk, vanilla syrup, and 1 tablespoon of the prepared salted caramel sauce in a separate cup, microwave for 45-60 seconds, then froth for 30-45 seconds.

When brew is complete, top with salted caramel foam.
