This salmon rice bowl is the meal of your dreams. The salmon is crispy and so incredibly flavorful, and the rice is cooked to perfection. This bowl can also be made to taste with any seasonings or toppings you have on hand.
Tip: Make your own spicy mayo by mixing mayo and sriracha or hot sauce as desired.
Tip: Check on the salmon after 5-7 minutes to ensure it is cooked as desired.
Tip: If you cannot find honey Dijon mustard, use Dijon mustard or with honey as desired.
Place all Level 1 ingredients in the pot and stir to combine.

Pull out the legs on the Crisper Tray, then place the tray in the elevated potion in the pot.

In a medium bowl, combine all Level 2 ingredients and gently stir to combine. Then place the salmon on the Crisper Tray.

Select SPEEDI MEALS, set temperature to 350°F, and set time to 10 minutes . Press START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will steam for approximately 10 minutes before crisping).

When cooking is complete, transfer the salmon to a plate. Then use silicone-tipped tongs to grab the center handle and remove the tray form the unit. Stir the rice and serve with salmon and toppings as desired.
