  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 2 cups cubed bread of choice, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 cup deli ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Kosher salt, as desired
  • Ground black pepper, as desired
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced

  • Step 1

    Remove the divider from the basket and insert both crisper plates.

  • Step 2

    Coat an 11″ x 7″ baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Then evenly distribute bread, ham, and cheese in the dish.

  • Step 3

    In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the bread so it’s evenly coated, then place the baking dish in the basket. Insert basket in unit.

  • Step 4

    Select MEGAZONE, select BAKE, set temperature to 300F, and set time to 30 minutes. Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking.

  • Step 5

    When cooking is complete, remove baking dish from the unit and sprinkle green onions over the strata. Serve warm.
