  • 1-2 cups pineapple, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • ¼ cup prepared Jamaican jerk seasoning

  • Step 1

To install the grill grate, position it flat on top of the heating element and gently press down until it sits into place.

  • Step 2

Turn dial to GRILL, set temperature to HI, and set time to 8 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating (preheating will take approx. 10-12 minutes). Depending on the size of the shrimp and desired doneness, more or less time may be needed during the cooking cycle. Use the arrows to the right to add or reduce time as necessary.

  • Step 3

While the unit is preheating, season the shrimp and pineapple with oil and jerk seasoning. Thread shrimp and pineapple onto wooden or metal skewers.

  • Step 4

When unit beeps to signify it is preheated and ADD FOOD is displayed, open the hood and place the skewers on the grill, ensuring the flat side of the shrimp and pineapple are touching the grill grate. Close the hood to being cooking.

  • Step 5

When FLIP is displayed, open the hood, flip the skewers, then close the hood to continue cooking.

  • Step 6

When cooking is complete, remove skewers from grill and serve.
