Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 1 can (14 ounces) unsweetened full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- black, purple, and blue food coloring
- black sprinkles, for a garnish
Utensils
- Whisk
- Medium Bowl
- Three Small Bowls

Step 1
Shake or stir the can of coconut milk. Then, in a medium bowl, add the coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla. Whisk until well combined and sugar is dissolved.

Step 2
Divide the base evenly among three small bowls, adding a little more than 1/2 cup to each bowl. Add the black food coloring to the first small bowl, the purple food coloring to the second small bowl, and the blue food coloring to the third small bowl to create three separately colored bases to your desired shades.

Place the purple and blue bases in the refrigerator to keep them cool.

Pour the black base into an empty CREAMi™ Pint. Place lid on pint and freeze until solid, approximately 3 hours.

Step 5
Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Remove the purple base from the refrigerator and pour into the CREAMi Pint on top of the frozen black base. Place lid on pint and freeze until solid, approximately 3 hours.

Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Remove the blue base from the refrigerator and pour into the CREAMi Pint on top of the frozen purple base. Place lid on pint and freeze until the entire base is completely solid, approximately 16 hours more.

Step 7
Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle on outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly onto the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

Select ICE CREAM.

When processing is complete, remove ice cream from pint and serve immediately, topped with black sprinkles.
