Fruity ZOOchini Ice Cream
Sneak this veggie into your ice cream for a pop of nutrients and color!

Cooking mode
Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 1/2 cup frozen zucchini, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/2 teaspoon raspberry extract
- 4 drops blue food coloring
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup animal crackers

Step 1
In a blender pitcher, add zucchini, sugar, milk, extracts, and food coloring. Blend on high until mixture is completely smooth, about 60 seconds.

Pour base into an empty CREAMi™ Pint. Add heavy cream and stir until well combined.

Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

Remove pint from freezer and remove lid form pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

Select ICE CREAM.

With a spoon, create a 1.5” wide hole that reaches the bottom of the pint. Add animal crackers to the hole and process again using the MIX-IN program.

Once processing is complete, remove ice cream from pint and serve immediately.
