Step 1
Place the griddle plate on the unit. Turn the dial to set temperature to 350°F. Set an external timer to 7 minutes and allow the griddle plate to preheat.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, add the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg and mix until evenly combined.
Step 3
When unit is preheated, soak the challah bread into the egg mixture, then transfer to the heated griddle. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

When the French toast is cooked, place on a plate. Serve with your favorite topping.
